RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND “AS IS”
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (PURCHASES FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 16, 2024)
- Items purchased from November 1, 2024 through December 16, 2024 can only be returned until January 16, 2025.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from www.starforgesystems.com can be returned to Starforge. Starforge products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Starforge will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Returned items must be free of physical damage.
- Starforge will refund you the amount spent (inclusive of sales tax) on items returned in accordance with this policy.
- Unless due to error caused solely by Starforge, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY (PURCHASES BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2024 OR AFTER DECEMBER 16, 2024)
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any returns after 30 days shall be at the sole discretion of Starforge and shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price plus a $75 per day rental fee, as determined by Starforge in its sole discretion.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or if it wasn’t the correct item, go to www.starforgesystems.com and open a support ticket for a replacement. Refunds are available for up to 30 days after delivery of the product to you.
If you have a Starforge account…
- Go to www.starforgesystems.com, and sign in
- Click the "My Account" link and select "My Orders" from the left column
- If your item is eligible for return, select the "Return" link to get started
If you used Guest checkout…
- Find the item’s shipping-confirmation email
- Click the “Return Items” link below the tracking number
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Shipping your item back to Starforge
Please pack all cables and accessories that came with the item and use the address on the shipping label provided to you.
Once Starforge has received the package and inspected the item, the refund will be applied back to the original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days to process.
REFUNDS
Once your return package is delivered, it will be opened and its contents inspected. After inspection, a refund for the item(s) purchased will be initiated, using your original payment method. Please note:
- Unless your return is the result of a Starforge handling error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank after we receive the returned item, or your cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If purchased via other payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, a credit will be issued to your account. The availability of the returned funds depends on the policies of the payment provider.
Any refund offered by Starforge is in no way an admission of any liability, wrong-doing, or negligence on the part of Starforge, but instead, is a simple expression of good will. In the event you are offered a refund of monies actually paid, each and every aspect of this waiver and limitation of liability shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that the aggregate damages to which you are entitled for all claims or causes of action against Starforge is limited to the actual funds paid by you to Starforge, and you waive and forever release Starforge for any damages in excess of such amount.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items ordered online from Starforge that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to Starforge by creating a ticket at: https://starforgesystems.com/pages/contact, or by contacting Customer Service at support@starforgesystems.com. Web Store Customer Service is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm US Central Time.
