    Best and only PC I'll need

    Bought this to get started on ARG development. Wasn't disappointed, this PC has been able to handle the whole host of Adobe products, and all the videogames I know and love. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and even strangers lol.

    Great pc, could use a better initial setup guide

    Great pc, I am very pleased with it. Very few criticisms but I have a few. I wish there was a better startup guide, I had my monitors plugged into the wrong ports and had no idea why things aren’t working properly, also didn’t know what the Bluetooth antennas were for initially. Also didn’t know how to open the case, easy fix of just a startup guide would solve that. Customer service however is amazing and fixed all my issues very quickly. Only other complaint is that the rgb co trolls aren’t great. Great machine though.

    Simply Amazing

    Everything came completely done no issues whatsoever. All cord and connections were in and packaging was great. Just plug in a play very well done. It did take a while due to delays in supply however due to this they upgrades my 3090ti to a 4080. I appreciate that they understand their customers and are willing to upgrade to keep us happy.

    Great system and a great company

    I've had my new "OTK" PC for about 3 weeks now. After building my last PC and the fact that this was a generous gift..I decided it would be easier to just buy a pre-built. Despite all the early controversy, I believe the quality of parts I got compared to price, was well worth it. I know it's not the route for many, but I'm happy; and having updated tech compared to my 5 year old PC, is amazing. Paired with a new Samsung Odyssey G7 27in. made a crazy difference in the gaming experience.

    I will also say, the customer service was outstanding! I was one who had a cpu on back order and they made it well worth the extra time to build completion. They are very courteous, respectful, customer oriented and communicated promptly. I will say, I never received the free Razer Naga they threw in for me and I'm sure they would get it to me....my ADHD has led me to not being able to remember to e-mail them til now. xD
